Key Responsibilities


1. Leadership & Staff Supervision


  • Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support during shifts.
  • Assign tasks based on staff competencies and patient needs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
  • Serve as a role model in clinical practice and ethical standards.

2. Clinical Oversight


  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

5. Education & Professional Development


  • Provide orientation and training to new nursing staff.
  • Facilitate continuous education opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and support research activities.

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
  • Licensure: Valid UAE nursing license (e.g., DOH, DHA, or MOH).
  • Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or nursing supervisory role. Experience with Microsoft office and preparing reports.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are often required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
