Job description

- High-rise & residential projects


  • Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.



Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale civil engineering projects in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Available Immediately is preferred
