MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To oversee, manage and monitor the overall patient and client experience, including the provision of relevant information of VIP and international patients and support the front office team with patient administration and coordination services




KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

1. To attend to all current and prospective patient queries related to health packages offered by the Clinic in an effective and efficient manner


2. To monitor and oversee the patient journey experience of all VIP and international patients visiting the Clinic


3. Effectively manage all administrative matters related to the accounts for governmental clients


4. To supervise, support and coordinate the activities of patient administrators when required




REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Secondary school education (Grade 12)


Desired: Relevant degree or diploma in the field of medical science or finance/accounting




REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least 2-3 years’ experience in a customer services position, preferably in healthcare 




REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Basic medical terminology
  • Client service and related management principles
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Financial management principles
  • UAE healthcare industry
  • Understanding of billing and other healthcare related rules and policies
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
