In this Commercial Intern position

• Individual contributor who completes activities or fulfills targets under immediate supervision and guidance and executes assigned tasks according to specific standards and guidelines
• Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience
• Work is routine or follows standard procedures and closely supervised
• Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day administrative support on processes and activities for sales administration/ sales support 
• Undertake assigned tasks to support a sales team, unit or department.
• Perform generally repetitive routine tasks such as data gathering, entering and validation 
• Put together relevant information and data for preparation of sales contracting and maintenance agreements to support sales teams
• Share information regarding stock and shipment of orders to keep customers/ sales teams updated 
• Follow up on orders to ensure smooth delivery 
• Enter data and generate routine reports for supporting sales teams and regarding sales efficiency 
• Follow and achieve compliance with set processes and policies 
• Check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance
• Support pre- and after-sales activities
