Amazon is seeking a creative communications (PR) professional to join our growing communications team in the UAE.
You will be energized about working both autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters. In this role, you will report to the Head of UAE Communications and support both external and internal communication efforts.
We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling that drives business impact and enhances brand reputation, along with knowledge of the UAE media landscape. This role is ideal for a communicator who can drive compelling narratives that resonate with consumers, media, and employees alike. Key job responsibilities
• Create and implement integrated consumer and corporate communication campaigns leveraging traditional, digital, and social media channels that support business objectives
• Lead internal corporate communications owned channels, creating cross-channel content
• Work closely with key stakeholders to create and execute truly integrated campaigns across all channels
• Manage and coordinate with communications agencies to ensure consistent delivery and messaging
• Support content development and review needs in Arabic and English across press releases, talking points, briefing documents, case studies, and other collateral for media and internal communication channels
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets
• Create and track KPIs, coverage reports, and campaign effectiveness metrics to demonstrate impact
- Experience in professional communications or public relations
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated communications campaigns
- Experience managing external agencies
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in driving both external and internal communications
- Expertise in digital and social media communications
- Knowledge of the UAE media landscape and consumer behavior
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
