About the Job: 


An opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator – Front Office to join the team of Jumeirah Mina Al Salam.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Provide professional and courteous secretarial and administrative support to facilitate the efficient functioning of the department or team.
  • Maintain and update databases relevant to the department's activities, ensuring information is coordinated and shared with team members as needed.
  • Track and monitor purchase requisitions, manage store inventory, and ensure adequate supplies are available to support the department's operations.
  • Handle logistics for business trips, including booking flights, accommodations, and organizing necessary materials for team members.
  • Manage digital platforms or pages relevant to the department's activities, updating information and documents as required.
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system for departmental data, including contracts and other important documents.
  • Coordinate contract management processes, ensuring that signed contracts are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the organization through networking and fostering positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Support colleagues within and outside the department as needed to ensure operational and customer service objectives are met.

About you:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • 3 - 5 years of administration experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization. 
  • Strong understanding of core hotelier operations. 
  • Familiarity with Revenue Management.
