Job Description
We seek an experienced and results-driven corporate sales executive to lead and manage corporate sales efforts for our Tour and Travel business.
This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, driving revenue through business accounts, and ensuring the company positioning within the competitive Dubai market.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the local corporate landscape and will be skilled in developing tailored sales strategies to meet the diverse needs of corporate clients.
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client referrals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and check-ins with clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
3. Account Management
- Manage existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.
- Resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations promptly and professionally.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve offerings and stay competitive in the market.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Skills
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in corporate sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
