Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

  • Authorize customer requests while ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Adhere to Turnaround Time (TAT), Service Level Agreements (SLA), and following both internal Operating Procedures and external guidelines set by the Central Bank.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and authorize all operational tasks as per desk duties and operating procedures.
  • Ensure all activities are completed within specified timescales and with high accuracy.
  • Generate daily exception reports, verify details, take appropriate actions, and dispatch within the scheduled time.
  • Process Auto, Personal, Mortgage Loans/Finance (National, Expat), and Credit Cards.
  • Arrange, check, authorize entries, verify data input, and disburse as per operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure all work items in respective queues are updated in the IBPS platform.
  • Ensure all disbursed files are handed over to Custodians daily.
  • Authorize loan processing, insurance, valuation, and other fees as per the S&P guide.
  • Perform testing of system changes in respective areas and provide feedback on test results.
  • Ensure all documentation and applications comply with Sharia requirements for Islamic finances.
