The job holder is expected to collaborate with the sales team by acting as technical expert in customer presentations. In addition, he/she will determine the technical requirements to meet the customers' goals. He/She will also respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.

• Assist the pre-sales team in preparing technical documentation and solution overviews.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends and emerging technologies through training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with senior team members during the proposal development process.
• Support the creation of preliminary cost estimates under guidance.
• Shadow senior consultants during client advisory sessions.
• Participate in internal training programs to develop solution design skills.
• Support the sales team in achieving cybersecurity solution targets.
• Assist in cost analysis and optimization during pre-sales activities.
• Learn and contribute to innovative cybersecurity solution designs.
• Develop foundational knowledge in cybersecurity technologies and controls.
• Participate in building client relationships through pre-sales support.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Internship or project experience in IT or cybersecurity.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to ICT environments or cybersecurity tools.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Cybersecurity-related coursework or certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA CyberOps).
