The MENAT LIVE Eco Growth & Governance Team leads various cross-functional projects. Our key initiatives include developing strategic plans to drive widespread adoption of LIVE at scale among creators, localizing new product features, creating user engagement strategies, ensuring a positive creator experience through education on the Community Guidelines and best practices, and providing ad hoc analysis and support to cross-functional partners. We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic LIVE team. In this role, you’ll uncover insights and deliver data-driven recommendations that directly impact how we grow and support our creator ecosystem. You'll work cross-functionally with product, strategy, and operations teams to shape our growth priorities using data and analytical thinking. - Handle a large amount of complex data, solve technical and statistical challenges, and drive business impact; - Design an indicator framework to measure the health status of the product, continuously track core indicators, and understand the root causes of indicator changes; - Promote the initiation of decisions based on data experiments, and rigorously measure the impact of product or technology changes; - Validate hypotheses, identify product growth opportunities, and influence the direction of improvement through analysis, experimentation, or other scientific methods; - Work with engineers and product stakeholders to provide product insights and strategies. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, econometrics, quantitative sociology, or a related scientific major, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience; - Professional knowledge in SQL and Python or R programming; - Strong analytical and causal reasoning skills, as well as a strict demand for statistical accuracy; - Fluent in English in order to communicate with global business stakeholders.
