Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
Develop and enforce data quality metrics and policies for continuous improvement.
Coordinate data-related compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Conduct data assessments and audits to verify adherence to governance policies.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote data governance awareness.
Provide strategic recommendations for data management improvements across the organization.
Utilize data governance tools to manage metadata and data lineage effectively.
Analyze datasets to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for enhancing data quality.
Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align data governance objectives with organizational goals.

At least 5-7 years of experience in data governance or data management roles.
Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
Experience with data quality management and data stewardship activities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Proficient in using data governance tools and technologies.
