About the role
The successful DevOps Engineer will be managing on-prem Kubernetes clusters using ArgoCD and GitOps workflows. The role involves building CI/CD pipelines for containerized microservices, automating infrastructure with Golang or Python, and optimizing Elasticsearch and Neo4j systems for performance. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring the infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and highly available. This is a crucial role for this organisation.
About you
The ideal candidate has proven experience with self-managed Kubernetes environments and is confident working with GitOps practices and containerization. Strong scripting skills in Go or Python are essential, along with hands-on knowledge of Elasticsearch and Neo4j. This DevOps Engineer should be familiar with monitoring, logging, and incident response tools will be key to success in this role.
Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
