Main Accountabilities


The Director of Center Operations Excellence & Performance will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Central Operations Excellence & Performance department. This role is responsible for managing and guiding teams focused on Guaranteed Services & Service Delivery, Operations Maintenance & Asset Management Efficiency, HSEQ management, Call Centre operations, and CAFM System Implementation and Maintenance. Additionally, the Director will oversee and optimize the performance of facility and energy management operations, ensuring all functions operate efficiently, align with organizational goals, and deliver high-quality service.


Detailed Job Description


Guaranteed Services & Service Delivery


  • Operational Oversight: Ensure that teams effectively manage service delivery activities, enhancing performance and compliance with FM contracts.
  • Risk Management: Guide teams in identifying risks within contracts and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Training and Development: Support in identifying gaps in operations along with the Talent Development team to provide training to enhance team capabilities and operational effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of departmental reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication of performance metrics.

Operations & Asset Management Efficiency


  • Continuous Improvement Leadership: Lead continuous improvement and asset management initiatives, including Lean Management, Six Sigma, and ISO 55001 certification, to foster operational excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure teams conduct reliability studies and establish performance management systems for assets and maintenance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and report on operational efficiency initiatives across all sites, focusing on top-performing locations.
  • Performance Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, aligning with organizational goals. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • KPI Monitoring and Risk Management: Engage in close monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for major projects, identifying risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place to minimize financial, reputational, and legal impacts.

Call Centre Management


  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective workflow management.
  • Performance Analysis: Guide teams in analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Staff Development: Support the planning and execution of training programs for call center staff to enhance service delivery.

CAFM System Implementation and Maintenance


  • System Oversight: Manage the implementation and maintenance of the CAFM system, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and user needs.
  • Workflow Optimization: Oversee efforts to develop and optimize workflows within the CAFM system to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Training: Facilitate collaboration between IT, operations, and leadership to ensure effective training on system usage.

Digitalization and Processes Optimization


  • Professionalization of Practices: Enhance and standardize current practices and tools within Enova to align and industrialize local practices.
  • Process Review and Improvement: Review processes and interfaces between operational entities and Dubai HQ, implementing necessary improvements.

HSEQ Management


  • To oversee the health, safety environment, energy and quality team and monitor relevant inspections, risk assessments and HSEQ analyses for the operations across different projects in order to ensure compliance of project work, work sites, and employees with Enova’s HSEQ standards, relevant certification guidelines, maintain and implement achieved international certification standards (ISO 9001; 14001; 45001; 50001; 55001) and any others in link with Enova activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors/Masters of Engineering
  • 15+ Years’ experience in contracts & operations management with proven experience in asset management, maintenance, or reliability engineering in FM, Energy or O&M Industry.
  • In depth knowledge of laws and regulations as well as global best practices
  • Lean Management and Six Sigma qualifications will be of great value.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
  • Develop and implement standardized work procedures and processes across the organization.
  • Implement visual management techniques to enhance process understanding and adherence.
  • Promote the adoption of digital solutions as part of the change management process.
  • Conduct data analytics, establish metrics, and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
