Key responsibilities of the role include:

Profile

A successful Associate Director - OD & TM should have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or related field.Professional certifications in OD, Talent Management, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD preferred.8-10 years of experience in talent management and organisational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.
