The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cooking equipment to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. The role ensures that all items are properly washed, dried, and stored in their designated places, supporting the smooth daily operation of the kitchen and restaurant. The Dishwasher also keeps the dishwashing area clean and may assist with basic kitchen tasks when required.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
Ensure proper drying and storage of cleaned items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area
Dispose of kitchen waste properly
Assist kitchen staff with basic support tasks when needed
Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel kitchen standards
Basic experience as a dishwasher preferred
Must be able to speak English
Physically fit and able to work long hours
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
Willingness to work in a hotel kitchen environment
