Contract Details: Full-time

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the dispatch operations for our clients

- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of services

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and update systems with relevant information

- Monitor and track the progress of dispatches to ensure on-time delivery

- Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process and provide solutions

- Maintain a good relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service

- Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze dispatch data

- Utilize excellent keyboard skills to enter data accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

- Exceptional keyboard skills

- Previous experience in transport management within the UAE is an added advantage

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Team player with a positive attitude
