Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Manager to oversee all aspects of environmental, health, and safety protocols within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
- Stay informed about new regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS programs in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
