As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical construction activities on our EPC projects in the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical construction team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Plan and schedule daily work activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget constraints are met.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in a supervisory role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
