Job description

We are looking for Industrial Electronics Technician with experience in manufacturing industry.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a working knowledge of all plant controls related hardware; including PC &, PLC-based controllers, VFD and all I/O sensing and safety hardware, all communication protocol (Ethernet communication, Devicenet, Controlnet and Data Highway etc)

• Must have a high competency in the use and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers for machine/process controls.

• Must have a working knowledge of electronic/electrical power systems, electrical installation and construction

• Must have a thorough understanding of the use and operation of process variable sensing elements (RTD’s, thermocouples, transducers, pressure transmitters, flow controllers, humidity/moisture meters, photoelectric sensors, level sensors etc.) and be able to apply them to manufacturing environment.

• Must have the ability to configure and calibrate all forms of electrical, electronic, and pneumatic process equipment.

• Must have a high competency in the application of both AC/DC motor drives, Servo drives and motor control knowledge.

• Must have Knowledge of analog control loops (4 to 20ma, 0-10VDC, etc.).

• Must have Control wiring and troubleshooting
