We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who shares our passion for innovation, sustainability, and world-class guest experiences. What You’ll Do

·Lead the hotel’s engineering team, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative operations.

·Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to the highest standards.

·Drive preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives, reducing energy costs and environmental impact.

·Manage capital improvement projects and liaise with contractors to ensure flawless execution.

·Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire safety, and environmental codes.

·Develop and mentor a talented team of technicians, creating a culture of care and continuous improvement.

·A qualified engineering professional (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).

·5+ years’ experience in hotel or large-scale facilities management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

·Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability best practices.

·A people-focused leader with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.

·Excellent communication and project-management skills.
