Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and monitor the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in line with ADNOC and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct environmental inspections, monitoring, and audits at site.
  • Preparation of GHG reduction Plan and implementation.
  • Waste Management and Bolisity management
  • Ensure compliance with waste management, spill prevention, emissions, and wastewater controls.
  • Carry out environmental risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Investigate environmental incidents and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and submit environmental reports, records, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities on environmental matters.
  • Promote environmental awareness and support sustainability initiatives at site.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science or related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
  • NEBOSH Environmental / ISO 14001 certification (preferred).
  • ADNOC Approval is highly preferred

Additional Information

Knowledge & Skills:


  • Knowledge of ADNOC environmental standards and UAE regulations.
  • Understanding of Oil & Gas construction and operational environmental risks.
  • Strong reporting, inspection, and compliance monitoring skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
