Job Description
Apt Resources is looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in construction to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi. This position requires an individual who is adept at overseeing and managing construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project deliverables are met and that the final product fulfills the client's vision.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all stages of construction projects, from initial planning and design through project execution and completion.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the best methods and materials for construction.
- Prepare and review engineering and construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, costs, and resources for stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to keep all parties updated on project developments.
- Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for projects, ensuring resource allocation is utilized effectively.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of work.
