About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Event Planner & Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement within a café and hospitality environment. This role focuses on end-to-end event coordination, vendor management, and delivering memorable guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Event Planning & Execution
Plan, organize, and execute in-house and off-site events such as live music, themed nights, private parties, and corporate gatherings.
Develop event concepts aligned with brand positioning and customer preferences.
Manage event timelines, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, decorators, and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service deliverables.
Ensure vendors meet quality, timing, and safety expectations.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Monitor spending and ensure events are delivered within approved budgets.
Evaluate event ROI and provide cost optimization suggestions.
Marketing & Promotion Support
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through social media and in-store channels.
Support content creation for event promotions and post-event engagement.
Track attendance and customer feedback to improve future events.
On-Site Coordination & Guest Experience
Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Act as the main point of contact during events to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure a high-quality guest experience and adherence to service standards.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in event planning, preferably within hospitality or F&B environments.
Experience managing multiple events and coordinating vendors.
