Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the event kiosk to ensure smooth operations, assisting in setup and breakdown while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
2. Guide guests to the event location, providing clear directions and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
3. Introduce company and product information to attendees, effectively communicating the value of our offerings and enhancing their overall experience.
4. Report daily activities and progress to the manager, ensuring transparency and alignment with event goals and objectives.
5. Engage with attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns to foster a positive and interactive environment during the event.
6. Assist in collecting feedback from guests to evaluate their experience and identify areas for improvement in future events.
7. Promote upcoming events and initiatives, encouraging attendees to participate and stay connected with our brand.
8. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company positively while interacting with guests and stakeholders.
9. Work flexible hours during the event dates, adapting to either the morning or evening shifts to meet operational needs.
