About the job Events Manager
We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead our both digital and physical events and elevate our brand presence. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events including product launches, conferences, webinars, trade shows, and internal company gatherings. This role requires a detail-oriented and creative individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibility
As one of the first cohort marketing members in the company, the Event Manager will have to ensure alignment with company's strategic goals and vision while contributing to shape the team culture and foster innovation from day one.
Key responsibilities should include but not limited to:
- Event Planning: Develop and manage both physical and digital event concepts, including goals, themes, and strategies to meet company objectives. Create detailed event plans and timelines.
- Coordination and Execution: Oversee all aspects of event execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Ensure events run smoothly and meet the highest standards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets. Negotiate and organize with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and keep costs within budget.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team and agency to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation. Ensure brand consistency in all event materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners. Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives with company goals.
- Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of events through metrics and feedback. Prepare post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-year experience in Event Management or relevant role, with a significant portion within the tech industry. Preferred with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Education: Preferred bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferable Skillset & Mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to design and implement engaging event experiences.
- Capable of living abroad and willing to collaborate in a diverse working environment.
