About the Company: Our client, a fast-growing investment management firm based in DIFC, is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support office operations and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency.Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.Provide executive support, including calendar management and travel coordination.Prepare documents and materials for meetings.Assist with HR tasks like onboarding and leave management.Support team engagement and internal events.Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in office management and as an executive assistant.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.Experience in DIFC or similar corporate environments is a plus.
