Job Purpose:                                                                                                                                  To support vessel marketing, chartering, and project-related commercial activities, including the preparation of commercial documentation, coordination with internal teams, and support of chartering and project execution in line with company procedures and approved commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                Support the execution of the company’s vessel marketing and commercial activities.
Assist in chartering and project-related commercial activities, including: Preparation and issuance of commercial offers Vessel sourcing support Rate compilation and negotiation support Preparation of Charter Party Agreements (CPAs), addendums, fixture notes, intercompany contracts, and related documentation Prepare draft CPAs, Project Agreements, and pre- and post-contract documentation, and coordinate internal approvals in line with Delegation of Authority (DoA).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date registers for RFQs, tenders, contracts, CPAs, and commercial correspondence.
Prepare and update fleet status reports, contracting outlooks, utilization reports, and client visit logs for internal use.
Assist the Commercial team and Cost Control in projecting and adjusting charter and project revenue forecasts when required.
Coordinate with Operations to support effective execution of charters and projects.
Liaise with Finance to support accurate and timely invoicing and commercial documentation.
Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies, procedures, and Delegation of Authority.
Adhere to company HSQE policies and practices.
Joint Accountabilities: Work closely with the GM to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Ensure commercial compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Promote continuous improvement in commercial processes, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the success of cross-functional teams in tendering, mobilization, and project deliver Collaborate with Finance Department on timely invoicing and prompt follow-up on payments Attributes: Strong business acumen with an understanding of the offshore marine transportation and logistics sector.
