Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Sales Representative to join our marine spare parts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and the maritime industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our marine spare parts business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations).
  • Provide market feedback and insights to senior management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets

Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • . Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional).
  • Experience with sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with marine engineering or naval architecture.

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the maritime industry.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Strong understanding of marine spare parts and maritime regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • 7. Ability to travel (up to 30%).
