Job Description
We are looking for a talented Executive Sushi Chef for this high-profile venue in Dubai.
What we want in our ideal Executive Sushi Chef:
- At least 10+ years of Japanese cuisine experience – ideally holding a similar job title or we could consider a very strong Sushi Head Chef
- Must have trained with Master Japanese Sushi Chefs in Japan
- Able to work in a fast paced, high volume but top quality place
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate multiple tasks at once with minimal direction
- Ability to implement strategic visions and plans into day-to-day operations
- Ability to execute brand signature rolls and recipes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
- Able and willing to work extra hours as business demands requires
Salary package: AED35-45k pm negotiable plus standard benefits
