Export Finance Officer

A leading Government Insurance company is hiring for an Export Finance Officer for their team in Dubai. This is a 1-year contract; we prefer someone who can join immediately.

Location-Dubai
Visa and Insurance- Can be provided
Experience- 5 years of experience in corporate banking
Preferably Male candidates


He/She will support the Head of Export Financing in managing and executing export financing transactions, focusing on business development, credit risk analysis, memos preparation, and stakeholder engagement. This role also includes maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic & Business Development

• Develop and manage client relationships to drive business growth and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams (risk, legal, compliance, finance) to ensure smooth execution of export financing activities.
• Engage with external stakeholders (banks, insurers, trade finance institutions) to expand financing solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting export financing.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and objectives for export financing.

Tactical & KPI Management

• Regularly communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on financing applications.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on the performance of export financing transactions against set KPIs.
• Track and report on key metrics related to client satisfaction, transaction success rates, and risk exposure.

Technical

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients from a business line perspective and export transactions, analyzing financial statements, market conditions, and creditworthiness.
• Prepare and present credit memos and recommendations.
• Assist in drafting export financing proposals, including terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Ensure all documentation meets policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to finalize agreements.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Head of Export Financing
