About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead and expand international sales operations across global markets. This role is responsible for developing export strategies, managing overseas distributors and clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities


Export Sales Strategy & Market Development
Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
Identify and penetrate new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive strategic decisions.
Client & Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through effective account management.
Sales Operations & Order Management
Manage the complete export sales cycle from inquiry to order execution and delivery.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor order pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance against targets.
Trade Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and international standards.
Oversee preparation and accuracy of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

Pricing & Commercial Analysis
Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with cost structures and market dynamics.
Monitor margins, profitability, and commercial performance of export accounts.

Brand Representation & Promotion
Represent the organization at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in export sales within manufacturing or electrical products industries.

Experience managing global customers and distributor networks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
