We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Eye Center General Manager to lead our ophthalmology practice.
In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Eye Center, ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and fiscal responsibility.
Your leadership will be key in driving the success and growth of the center while cultivating an environment dedicated to exceptional patient experiences.

Strategic Leadership & Vision • Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan aligned with the business’s mission and vision.
• Evaluate and pursue opportunities for expanding services, partnerships, and market presence.
• Keep the business at the forefront of ophthalmic advancements through innovation and modernization.
• Develop and implement business strategies, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership in ophthalmology.
2. Operational Management • Oversee daily center operations, ensuring efficiency, quality care, and compliance with healthcare regulations across the GCC • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all departments.
3. Financial & Business Performance • Identify cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of care.
• Explore fundraising, grants, and partnerships to support business growth.
4. Clinical & Patient Care Excellence • Work closely with medical directors and board members to ensure high-quality eye care services.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, medical protocols, and ethical guidelines.
• Promote patient-centric care and initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
5. Human Resource & Talent Development • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier management and administrative talent.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, healthcare regulators, and financial institutions.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with medical and business regulations, maintaining high standards of patient care and ethical practices.
• Mitigate risks by implementing robust governance policies and procedures.
• Maintain transparency and accountability in all business operations.
Key Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum of 5 years senior management experience, with a proven track record in healthcare or medical sector leadership.
• Must demonstrate excellent proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations and budgeting principles.
• Proven experience in managing multiple locations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational growth.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and medical compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and foster organizational growth.

Comprehensive knowledge of ophthalmic practices, procedures, and patient care standards.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
