Job Summary:

To manage and oversee the assembly operations of generator products, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, safety, and timely delivery. The Factory Manager will lead the assembly team, coordinate resources, and ensure adherence to technical and regulatory standards.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the assembly of generator sets, including mechanical, electrical, and control panel integration.
    • Ensure all assemblies meet manufacturer/OEM specifications and quality standards.
    • Schedule production activities and allocate resources efficiently.
    • Conduct or supervise final testing and quality checks before shipment.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, train, and motivate the assembly team (technicians, electricians, mechanics).
    • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Implement quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with safety and HSE regulations.
    • Resolve assembly defects or production issues promptly.
  • Maintenance & Equipment
    • Ensure assembly tools, machinery, and testing equipment are maintained and calibrated.
    • Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Prepare daily/weekly production reports and escalate issues to management.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rework.

Requirements:
    • 5–10 years of experience in generator assembly or manufacturing operations.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Knowledge of generator systems, alternators, control panels, and load testing.
    • Familiarity with factory safety standards and quality procedures.
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
