Responsibilities:

- Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or in a similar role managing livestock, fruits, or vegetable cultivation.
- Strong understanding of farm operations, including animal husbandry and crop management.
- Ability to manage and motivate farm workers to achieve productivity goals.
- Good written communication skills with the ability to draft basic work-related emails and reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and long-term interest in growing with the company.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
