Our clients is an International leader in providing marine solutions. They are the partner of choice for leading shipping companies for more than 40 years.



They are looking for a Finance Manager-International Business to oversee the business outside the UAE, ensure regulatory compliances, manage cash flow, prepare budgets, MIS, and handle Chairman's personal investments.



Job Requirement:



• Should be an Arab National with CMA/CPA qualified

• In the recent 5-year period, should have worked in a company with a turnover of at least AED 100 million and handled min. 3-4 business units (divisions) and their Managers.

• He/She would have over 12 years post qualification experience, of which min 10 years in the Gulf, and at least 3 years in UAE with last designation being Manager Finance for min. 3 years

• Should be adept at handling taxation (familiar with the recent VAT developments), and contracts review & negotiation.

• Familiar with insurance requirements and terms.

• Advanced computer skills in MS Office a must, including ERP knowledge.

• A good team player and an out of the box thinker.

• Good communication skill both written & oral(Arabic is compulsory).
