We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager to to handle the financial operations, ensure accuracy in transactions, maintaining compliance with financial regulations and managing day-to-day financial tasks.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with international contractors and financial reporting standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, reporting, and reconciliation, along with experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial management.
• Assist in the preparation of corporate financial reports.
• Generate financial reports as requested by management.
• Manage business correspondence related to financial matters.
• Coordinate with contractors for expense documentation, pricing, and agreements.
• Issue invoices to clients.
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable status.
• Handle reconciliation statements, including discrepancies.
• Prepare documents requested by banks.
• Assist in the preparation of audit materials.
Russian speakers are only accepted to this role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience working with foreign contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience with contracts, including analysis of financial terms.
• Previous experience with a UAE-based aviation services company is a plus.
