Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled female Sales Interior/Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will combine expertise in interior design/architecture with strong sales skills to drive the company's sales objectives. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their design and spatial needs, and offering creative, tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, sales experience, and the ability to interpret client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development & Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients in the interior design and architectural sectors. Work to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Consultative Selling: Meet with clients to understand their space requirements, preferences, and budget. Provide expert guidance on design options, materials, and technical solutions that align with their vision.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge in architecture, interior design, and construction to propose effective solutions and explain technical aspects of products or designs.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts, project plans, and product options. Draft comprehensive proposals and contracts.
  • Project Management Support: Coordinate between clients, contractors, and the design team to ensure seamless execution of projects. Ensure timely delivery and that designs meet client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Research & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, design technologies, and competitors' offerings to suggest innovative solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the interior design and engineering teams to deliver projects that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, while adhering to budget and timelines.


Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, interior design, or architecture. Experience in a sales-driven role in the design or construction industry is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
  • Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and architectural design principles.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
