Job Description:
We are looking for Operations Coordinator who has experience in managing the fleet
service and drivers of the organization. Our objective at Washmen is to ensure the deliveries
are on time. Washmen is gearing up to scale. Being part of one of the fastest growing

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily activities of Drivers and be the first point of contact to provide guidance to
Drivers completing tasks. Monitor Driver activity to ensure tasks are being completed within
the assigned timings. Work closely with the Customer Service Representatives to ensure
proactive communication with Customers in regard to any and all delays or issues. Develop
the ability to contact Customers directly through phone calls and/or messaging to
communicate delays actively. Continuously verify the status of the capacity in the fleet to
understand coverage options prior to orders coming into the system ensuring capacity is
always available. Coordinate fleet emergencies with Fleet Coordinator, re optimizing
assigned tasks to adjust to downtime for the affected Drivers. Propose changes to schedules
and assignments based on daily experiences with the operation. Groom driver quality in
terms of behavior, appearance, professionalism, representational, etc. Expense driver-related
bills to the finance department for reimbursement. Submit a daily report on the Driver
operation as a whole for review before the end of shift.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 2 year of experience in managing 100 plus vehicles
2) Have proficient in computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel. Have knowledge of
all the main areas and communities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Have a valid UAE driving
license.
3) Hands on experience – In handling fleet management software.
4) Manage all legal compliance issues – Police reports upon accidents
5) Experience in driving cost related projects.
