Fleet Supervisor (Construction industry)

Mira construction LLC is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Vans Supervisor to become an integral part of our dynamic team.
This role is critical to our operations and will involve a combination of strategic planning, personnel management, and on-the-ground coordination to ensure seamless transportation services.
Responsibilities: • Developing, creating, and meticulously optimising driver schedules through effective shift planning to maximise productivity and ensure timely transportation services.
• Overseeing and managing a talented team of 30+ drivers, thereby expanding our capacity and operational efficiency.
• Diligently monitoring adherence to established schedules and implementing measures to guarantee efficient resource allocation.
This includes the comprehensive coordination of all fleet operations on-site, ensuring that all resources are utilised effectively and operational goals are met consistently.
