We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who is fluent in German to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and visitors, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
Job Responsibility:

- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling payments and providing necessary information
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage reservations and ensure accuracy in booking details
- Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in German (both spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
