Grocery Account Manager



Purpose of Job:



Our Account Management team owns and manages partner relationships. We use data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to provide best-in-class support and strategic value to our partners. The Account Managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work well together and cross-functionally with other departments, and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building exceptional relationships.
You'll be reporting to the Grocery Lead UAE.
Our policy is hybrid, you will be expected to work from our DIFC 3+ days a week.

Main Responsibilities:



Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most important grocery partners Own relationships with key grocery industry stakeholders Accountable to improve/maintain in-store operational metrics Analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo Work cross-functionally with other departments to drive new initiatives Plan and execute marketing initiatives with your portfolio partners Negotiate new commercial rates with existing partners Use insights to expand grocery coverage across the UAE

Requirements:



Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills well-organised with excellent team-player qualities Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment Demonstrate strong competency using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice
