In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and growth. You will also lead and mentor the performance marketing team, ensuring the delivery of measurable and scalable results. Key Responsibilities:
To draft paid performance proposals and presentations.
Provide strong expertise across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic
Consult and guide team to design and implement biddable strategies in the MENA region
Work closely with the operation teams to ensure campaigns are hitting their KPIs by providing optimization guidance and support with troubleshooting
Be the point of expertise in client conversations about Biddable Strategies and best practices
Lead on client on- boarding and support with their technical setup across biddable platforms
Develop strong and trusting relationship with clients by providing innovative solutions to help them achieve their business objective
Work closely with key publishers to stay on top of industry trends and build an innovation roadmap for our key clients
Work on Quarterly Business Review by consolidating insights and recommendations
Deep understanding of the biddable advertising ecosystem
Be the go-to-person for all things biddable by providing training, consultation, best practices, updates on platforms and support to various team members as needed
Introducing new initiatives.
Key Skills Experience:
5+ years proven experience within Paid Media
Strong client relationship and ability to design biddable strategies
Innovative thinking with an entrepreneurial approach
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player with time-management skills
Detail oriented with analytical, communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
Able to implement campaigns from initial brief through to implementation via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat self-serve platforms;
