Resolve employee relations matters fairly and transparently.

Launch initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and communication.

Administration & Facilities



Supervise daily office administration, facility operations, and vendor management.

Manage travel, company assets, and administrative support services.

Ensure administrative functions are cost-efficient and business-focused.

Policy & Compliance



Draft, review, and update HR and administrative policies.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety, and data protection standards.

Coordinate audits and deliver accurate reporting.

Finance & Resources

Education
