Conduct HSE awareness sessions, Toolbox talks to workforce under his project on daily basis.
Ensures that all PTW required works conducting regarding Company PTW procedures
Ensure that all HSE risk assessment control measures are performed in a proper way
Inspect the project under his authority regularly in daily basis to ensure that all works conducted in a safe way
Reporting any incidents that happens in his project such as: Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, Near-misses or Accidents
Has a right to stop unsafe works or nonconformity works against project HSE plan, company procedures or HSE standards
Supervise and lead the subcontractors HSE officers.
Recorded HSE Key performance indicators monthly and issue HSE report.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction/contracting industry.
Certification: NEBOSH IGC (mandatory), OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.
Good knowledge of local HSE regulations and international best practices.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
