Our
client is a well-established retailer.
We
are recruiting a UAE experienced Human Resources Executive with deep
working knowledge of UAE Labor Law to join their Dubai head office.
The
role is responsible for the entire employee life cycle from recruitment through
to off boarding.
Role
Summary
- Manage
the end-to-end recruitment process – job postings, candidate screening, job
offers, visa processing, onboarding, orientation and off boarding.
- Labor
& Immigration - process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee
employment visas and UAE Government requirements including off boarding through
to final settlement.
- Payroll,
medical insurance & compensation – manage payroll, salary reviews, bonuses
and medical insurance administration.
- Provide
support on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and procedures;
resolve conflicts; conduct disciplinaries and grievances.
- Plan
and implement employee engagement activities such as team-building activities
and recognition programs to create a positive workplace culture and promote
employee well-being.
Mandatory
Skills & Experience
- 5-7
years’ experience as a Human Resources generalist; minimum 3 years’ UAEexperience in a trading and distribution
organization with deep working knowledge of UAE recruitment, employee relations
and UAE Labor Law.
- Experience
in dealing with employee relations – provide guidance to managers and employees
to address concerns and conflicts.
Candidate
Profile
- Currently
living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live in Dubai.
- Fluent
in English.
- Ability
to communicate effectively with management and employees regarding HR policies
and procedures.
- Capable
of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee information
including salaries and benefits.
- Smart
appearance, excellent communication skills with competence to build and
effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Education
- Bachelor's
degree is mandatory, preferably in Human Resources
