About the job INTERFACE MANAGER
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To manage and coordinate all interface activities across multiple disciplines, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of ADNOC projects. The role requires maintaining clear communication channels, resolving interface issues, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and specifications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement interface management plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and monitor interface points between different disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with ADNOC teams, engineering disciplines, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of interface issues.
- Review and approve interface agreements, ensuring alignment with project requirements and technical standards.
- Facilitate interface meetings and workshops to address challenges, align on objectives, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain an up-to-date interface register and ensure proper documentation of all interface agreements and changes.
- Monitor and report on the status of interface issues, providing regular updates to the project management team.
- Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements in interface activities.
- Collaborate with project teams during FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning phases to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in interface management within the oil and gas industry, including ADNOC projects.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex project interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of project execution methodologies during FEED, detailed
- engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in interface management tools and software.
- Knowledge of ADNOC standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications are an advantage.
- Must be based in UAE.
