INTERIOR DESIGNER

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our construction project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop interior design concepts that align with the overall project vision.
- Create detailed design plans, including layout drawings, furniture selections, lighting schemes, and color palettes.
- Source materials, furnishings, and fixtures that are within budget and meet quality standards.
- Oversee the implementation of design plans on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into the final design.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Interior Designer on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
