About the job International Business Development Executive/Manager
Our client is a leading manufacturer of German Kitchen & Furniture Brand is urgently in need of a Sales professional to join the Business Development Team who can actively support its partners in the region to accomplish the business objectives set, which includes sales turnover, margins, marketing & brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate must have minimum three (3) years of experience in Kitchens and in GCC / MENA countries. Candidates who are in similar fields such as Furniture and Building materials shall also be considered.
- The candidate is expected to understand clients needs, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
- This role requires you to be actively involved in distributor / partners and overall sales process (Retail & Projects).
- Set sales targets and define strategy to ensure targets are achieved.
- The candidate will be responsible for specifying the brand to the leading developers, consultants and interior designers in the region.
- To work closely with the marketing team in developing and implementing plans in line with the overall brand strategy and thereafter support marketing activities.
- To conduct training to the staff of the distributor / partner.
- Will be responsible for MIS on various business development activities.
- Coordinates between the German / HQ factories, Middle East office and distributors / partners.
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the timelines for the proposal teams.
- Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
- Maintain the Business Development databases.
- Willing to travel extensively in MENA, Asia, and African region.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Management / Commerce Courses
- Preferably has worked in multinational company
- Has experience in interior design industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PPT) and has worked on sales related ERP
- Proven track record in achievements and key account management
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Native English speaker
