IT Business Analyst

We are looking for IT Analyst. As one of the primary points of contact between the Corporate function and the IT function, the IT Business Analyst represents a critical organisational component in aligning IT with the Corporate function to achieve company objectives. The jobholder will need to work closely with business users in the Corporate function as well as IT staff, and potentially external suppliers in order to deliver and support IT solutions bringing benefit to the business.



Education & Experience

• 2 years of business-facing IT experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing environment, with a degree preferably in an IT-related discipline



Specific Knowledge

• A thorough knowledge of the business application of IT together with a good understanding of the technical aspects (note that in-depth technical knowledge is not required)

• Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies and to ascertain business requirements and priorities

• Knowledge of company and functional strategic imperatives

• Project management skills, change management and lifecycle planning

• Good level of knowledge within specialist business areas regarding best practice, and leading edge thinking for systems, and processes.
