Job Description

Maintain fluent functioning of the organization's IT and computer hardware components.Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.Develop information technology strategies and services in line with the organisation's overall strategy and objectives.Work in tandem with the management to develop and implement systematic IT policies and procedures.Protect and backup vital information of the company using digital management tools and servers.Work as a bridge to solve critical problems of important individuals within the organization through prompt addressal of the issues.

Experienced professional in the field of IT with an in-depth knowledge of managing a company's computer systems.Proficient in fixing issues, maintaining systems, and modifying the IT components as per requirement.Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.Professional education in IT and related fields with an emphasis on system management and control.Proficient in conveying key messages to team members to get the desired results.Commendable grasp of fluent communication and time management for organizing projects using a streamlined approach.
